The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Midas does not guarantee specific results from the use of our systems, tools, or content. Business outcomes vary based on industry, market conditions, and implementation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
